Welcome to the Beyond Her Roles Community (A Carolina Counseling Consultants, program, owned and operated by Christalyn Howard).
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Membership Agreement
Membership in the Beyond Her Roles Inner Circle is subject to your payment of the applicable fees and compliance with our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to change membership fees, but such changes will not affect the current membership period.
What is a Membership Period? A membership period refers to the duration for which you have access to the Beyond Her Roles Inner Circle Membership and its associated benefits.
Membership Options:
Our membership offers three billing options: Monthly, 6-Month, and Premium (Monthly).
- Monthly Membership: Your membership period spans one month from the date of your initial purchase.
- 6-Month Membership: Your membership covers a six-month period from the date of your initial purchase, effectively offering you one month free compared to the regular monthly rate.
- Premium (Monthly) Membership: Your membership period spans one month, with a 1:1 Mental Wellness Coaching Session included.
Renewal and Billing:
- For Monthly Memberships: Your membership will automatically renew every month (30 days) unless you choose to cancel.
- For 6-Month Memberships: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the 6th month. You may cancel at any time before the last day of the 6th month to prevent renewal.
- For Premium (Monthly) Memberships: Your membership will automatically renew every month (30 days) unless you choose to cancel.
Benefits During the Membership Period:
Throughout your membership period, you'll have uninterrupted access to exclusive content, resources, live coaching calls, the private text community, and all other membership benefits.
You can enjoy the benefits and engage with the community during your membership period to support your personal growth and empowerment journey.
Member Rates:
Thank you for being a valued member of the Beyond Her Roles Inner Circle! Please take note of the following regarding membership rates:

Current Rates (effective for members joining after 1/1/2024):
- Monthly Membership: $55
- 6-Month Membership: $275
- Premium Membership: $199 per month

Rate Increase Policy:
- While we are committed to offering you the best value for your membership, it's important to note that membership rates may be subject to adjustments.

Future Rate Adjustments:
In the event of any future rate adjustments, you will be notified no less than 60 days in advance. We believe in transparency and will always strive to provide reasonable notice to our valued members.

Payments: The agreed-upon membership subscription fees will be automatically processed through the payment method associated with your Beyond Her Roles Inner Circle membership.
Payment Schedule: Your Inner Circle membership subscription fees will be processed every 30 days or every 6 months from the date of your initial sign-up. Please ensure that your payment information is up-to-date to avoid any interruptions in your access to the membership portal and attendance to our live group meetups.
Payment Confirmation: You will receive a payment confirmation along with your Inner Circle membership receipt for each billing cycle, whether it is every 30 days or every 6 months, depending on the plan you have selected.
Cancellation Process
You have the option to cancel your Beyond Her Roles Inner Circle Membership at any time.

In the email, provide your full name, the email address associated with your membership, and a clear statement of your intent to cancel.
Notice Period:
We require a 30 days notice for membership cancellation. During this notice period, you will continue to have access to all membership benefits.
If you cancel your membership within the notice period, you will not be billed for the subsequent billing cycle.
Membership fees are eligible for a refund within 3 days from the initial purchase date. After this 3-day period, membership fees become non-refundable.

If you cancel your membership within the refund period, you will receive a refund for the current billing cycle's fee.
Beyond the refund period, no refunds will be provided, and your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership for any violation of these terms.
